Digital Products

GermanLearnHub sells downloadable digital products, including German-language learning books, workbooks, PDFs, and other digital educational materials.

Because our products are digital downloads, no physical product is shipped and there are no physical items to return.

Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable EU and German consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal can expire once we begin providing the digital content, provided that you have:

• expressly agreed that we may begin providing the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period;
• acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal when the provision of the digital content begins; and
• received the required confirmation of your agreement and acknowledgment.

This applies, for example, when you begin downloading a purchased PDF.

These requirements are based on the rules applicable to digital content under German and EU consumer law.

Refunds

If the legal requirements for the withdrawal exception for digital content have been fulfilled and the download has begun, we generally cannot provide a refund based solely on a change of mind.

However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If a digital product is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description, or cannot be downloaded because of a technical problem attributable to us, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, restore access to the purchased product, or issue a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Technical Problems

If you cannot download your purchased product, the download link does not work, or the file is corrupted, please contact us.

Please include:

• your name;
• the email address used for the purchase;
• your order number; and
• a description of the problem.

We will investigate the problem and, where appropriate, provide a working copy or another appropriate solution.

Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

We will review the circumstances and determine whether a refund is appropriate.

Sale and Discounted Products

Discounted products are subject to the same consumer rights as products sold at the regular price.

A product being offered at a reduced price does not remove any statutory consumer rights.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict or exclude any rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.

If a digital product does not conform to the applicable legal requirements, you may have statutory remedies regardless of the provisions of this policy.
