1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through GermanLearnHub.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Digital Products
GermanLearnHub sells digital educational products, including downloadable PDF books, workbooks, and other German-language learning materials.
Our digital products are supplied electronically. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Orders and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website in euros and include applicable VAT where required.
Payment must be completed before the purchased digital product is made available for download.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, subject to applicable law.
4. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the purchased digital product through the download link provided by GermanLearnHub.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that they have suitable software and equipment to access PDF files.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire when we begin supplying the digital content if the legal requirements for this exception have been fulfilled.
This includes obtaining the customer’s express consent to begin supplying the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and the customer’s acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost when supply begins.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights.
6. Refunds
If the applicable legal requirements for the withdrawal exception have been fulfilled and digital delivery has begun, a refund may not be available simply because the customer has changed their mind.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content.
If you experience a technical problem with a purchased file or download, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
7. Intellectual Property
All books, workbooks, PDFs, text, illustrations, graphics, and other materials available through GermanLearnHub are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless expressly permitted by law or authorized by GermanLearnHub, purchased digital products may not be:
- resold;
- redistributed;
- uploaded to file-sharing websites;
- publicly shared;
- reproduced for commercial distribution; or
- made available to other persons.
Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal license to use the product for your own lawful purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our educational materials are accurate and up to date.
However, educational materials may contain errors or omissions. If you identify an error in a product, please contact us.
9. Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, PDF reader, and sufficient storage space to access downloaded products.
